Training Provider Outsourcing Services
WoWMyCV(UK)'s Training Services Director Shaun Thomas has over 10 years experience working with Government Funded Training Providers under programmes including the full range of New Deal Provisions (New Deal 18-24, 25+, 50+ New Deal for Partners, NDDP etc), Programme Centre, Skills for Life and other ESF Funded Provisions this knowledge and experience means we can quickly put together a programme of support to any Government Funded Training Provider, we know that the numbers of referrals are constantly rising particularly as the New Deal programmes are now directly accessible from day one to people who have recently made redundant and sourcing enough staff to meet the contractual obligations can be difficult, and come ALI time there is always a need to take on extra staff to ensure your contractual obligations are being met and the paperwork is up to the required standard.
We understand the nature of Government Funded Provisions and the ways in which contract values change, which means we are adaptable in our approach and pricing and can work within any reasonable budget to secure the required outcomes.

We know the FTET and IAP Programmes and the outcomes they need to produce.
We also understand the need for these placements to lead to sustainable employment for your participants and we will work to an agreed outcome percentage and again we can work within the budgetary constraints of any individual contract.
