WoWMyCV(UK) began back in 2005 under our previous name of The CV Writer and has been a long term plan of our Training Services Director Shaun Thomas who has worked within the recruitment and training industries since 1996.

Shaun's vast experience across many industry sectors gives us an insight into the employment issues facing many people today, and his many contacts across all industry sectors and across the United Kingdom (UK) have given us the ideal opportunity to learn from the people who make the recruitment decisions exactly how they like to have a CV presented to them; this knowledge has allowed WoWMyCV(UK) to become one of the fastest growing CV Writing and Careers Coaching companies in the UK.

We are far from the biggest CV Writing and Careers Advice company in the industry but we do pride ourselves on giving 100% customer service and value for your hard earned money.

Since 2005 we have grown and developed the business and services we offer to our customers, in late 2006 we started to think about our wider appeal and branding and also decided it was time to move The CV Writer away from being a Sole Trader to a Limited Company.

We decided on a brand new name and image makeover, early in 2007 we finally settled on the the name WoW-4 for the partnership company which gave us the scope we needed to design a brand that would be both memorable and adaptable to suit our future expansion.

WoW4 is designed to mean a multitude of things depending on which market sector we trade in, in the case of WoWMyCV(UK) "WoW" means World of Work.

On March 26th 2007 we launched the WoWMyCV(UK) Website which was a far cry from our original brand The CV Writer. We decided to add lots more helpful content like our Careers Database which now contains details and helpful resources on over 500 career paths.

November 2007 saw the official formation of WoW-4 and since then our business has been going from strength to strength, with 100's of happy customers willing to recommend us to their friends and colleagues.

March 2nd 2009 saw the WoWMyCV(UK) website get a well deserved makeover, the WoWMyCV(UK) website has continued to grow since 2007 so we decided based on feedback from our customers that it really was time to give the website a fresh new look, and the result is what you see today the feedback we have received so far has been excellent and customers old and new are loving the new design.

Since our beginnings we have never forgotten our core value "talking to our customers like real people is what will make our business a success"

Shaun's dedication to ensuring each customer receives the best possible quality personalised CV and professional targeted careers advice flows through everyone that works for WoW4 either directly or as an independent consultant, if our people don't have the same drive to provide only the best quality CV Writing and Careers Advice as Shaun then they don't become our people.
