At WoWMyCV we often get telephone calls and emails asking us the the same or similar Questions, so we have created the FAQ's to answer some of the more standard questions for you to save a telephone call or email.
Q. Do WoWMyCV(UK) Create/Write CVs For FREE?
A. No, WoWMyCV(UK) offers a FREE CV Review Service to any of our website visitors our CV Review Services is designed for us to discuss at length the quality and usability of your current CV.
We will advise you on the best way to improve your CV, if the changes that are needed are minor changes we do not make any charge for our advice.
If whilst talking to you we feel that your CV needs either updating/improving or a complete re-write and you agree then we will charge you accordingly for our services; a full price list can be found HERE
Q. What Are Your Opening Times?
A. You can contact us between 9am and 9pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 2pm on Saturday's and Sundays.
Our opening times exclude bank holidays.
Q. Can I Contact You Outside These Opening Times?
A. We know some of our customers work at odd times and find it difficult to contact us during our normal opening times.
We are willing to arrange specific times outside of our normal opening times, but this must be by prearrangement only.
Q. What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
A. Our normal method of payment is via Credit/Debt Card using the PayPal system, but we also accept cheque's, however if paying by cheque our delivery time will be delayed un till your cheque is received.
Q. How Long Does It Normally Take To Receive My New CV
A. We aim to have a first draft of your new CV to you within 48 hours and the completed document with 76 hours.
Although these targets have to be flexible and will depend on your availability to answer any questions we may have in order to produce the best CV possible.
Q. Can I Apply For The Jobs/Careers Listed In The Careers Profiles Database?
A. No, WoWMyCV(UK) is not a Recruitment Agency the Careers Profiles Database is provided by WoWMyCV(UK) as a research tool for our Customers and Site visitors to gain more knowledge regarding a particular Career Path they are considering following.
Q. Is WoWMyCV A Limited Company Or A Sole Trader
A. WoWMyCV(UK) is a Trading Name and Trademark of WoW-4 which is a partnership business.
Q. Do WoWMyCV Charge VAT?
A. No WoWMyCV(UK) does not currently charge VAT on our services, if in the future we do charge VAT we will update our Terms and Conditions accordingly and our prices will be displayed with VAT included.
